    Hi Mickael,

As outlined in our forum guidelines, we unfortunately just can’t help with conflicts like this here on the free support forum. Here are some resources that might be helpful for you:

    ? Themer’s Guide
    ? Tutorials
    ? Technical Docs

You also might want to look through this forum for other folks experiencing a clash with WP Super Cache. I believe this has come up before.

    Good luck!

    Hi,

Sorry but I don’t see why can’t you resolve this bug on this forum ?
This is not a conflict with “wp super cache” because it has happened before the installation of this plugin. I have looked through this forum and someone posted that there could be an issue with the cache, so I’ve installed this plugin.
Otherwise, have you got a link on your website/forum where I can find a similar issue ?

    Thanks,

    Mickael

    Howdy Mickael,

It sounds like you have do have a caching problem. If the problem persists after clearing the Super cache and uninstalling that plugin, then it is likely something else caching. You might need to check your configs if you have other bits of caching setup. Although, from the sound of it it does indeed sound like you are facing WP Super Cache issue which tend to plague users who are not logged in.

We have spent hundreds of hours testing the plugin. It is not something we have ever face in an sort of of ordinary environment. In fairness, it does not appear to be a bug. I hope you can understand that when it comes to assisting with unique environmental issues we have to defer users to our PRO forums. Here we address general issues that affect large swaths of people.

Hopefully the advice from the first paragraph will get you on the right track. Cheers!

    – Brook
