List Won't Populate

  • Informaiton:
    – I have a Free mailchimp account.
    – web site URL: https://www.tournamentnewsonline.com
    – i have these options unchecked:
    – Use Javascript Datepicker?:
    – Use Javascript Datepicker? :
    because it conflicts with some of the templates CSS/Java.

    – i get the message “Success, you’ve been signed up! Please look for our confirmation email!”

    Problem:
    – no e-mail address populates to my list in my mailchimp account after i get the success message.

    Am i missing something?

    Thanks for coming to the forum. It’s worth clarifying that the plugin will use the double-opt-in process to add people to your mailing list. That means that after they’ve filled in their contact information on the sign up form, they are then sent a confirmation email to confirm that they’d like to be added to the list. Once the confirmation link in that email is clicked, they’ll then be added to the MailChimp list as a subscriber. If the confirmation link is not linked, they are not added to the list.
