List your hacks/plugins/themes

  • New to WP 2.0 and just wanted to see what other people are using as far as their hacks/plugins/themes in their WP 2.0. I may need to get a WP 2.0 book ??

    No no, you got it wrong. Been all over those pages and they are VERY helpful. I just am curious as to what other people are using? That’s all. Also, alot of those plugins are listed as “working with WP 1.5”. I am using WP 2.0, so i wanted to know what others are using.

    Why not just ask for the functionality you would like ?
    If 10 people, using 10 plugins reply then there will be 100 plugins listed. Long thread. From experience some people have way more than 10 (I run 25) so the numbers will become big and quick. Add in the questions and answers ….

    OK,for starters: how about a calendar? Would like to be able to post to future dates. Would like to use Countdown – Dates to Remember but, from the readme it looks like you already have to have a sidebar or does this plugin add a sidebar? How about spam protection? Would like to use the Bayesian Comment Spam Filter plugin from codex but it requires core WP file modification. How would this effect future plugin installs? Thanks for all your kind replies.
