Lista de jugadores / Players list

Buenos días cuando creo la lista de jugadores, consigo que salga la fecha de nacimiento como a continuación: 19 de julio de 2007, podría cambiarse a 19/07/1981??? Eso, por un lado, y por otro, como se puede sacar lo la edad, peor ejemplo, 21 a?os
