Listbox with Custom Post Type content for Contact Form

Hi, so i have the companies employees as Custom Post Type and now I would like to add to the Contact Form a list of those employees.

I am trying to add a function on the employee post page returning a global but I am failing. All I need is the title which equals the employee name.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
