Listing all posts tagged with same keyword

I’m using Jerome’s Keywords plugin and would like to be able to write a page that calls an excerpted version of all of the posts that have used a given keyword. I realize that this is in effect trying to make keywords into categories — but I’ve used categories for a whole bunch of other things and wanted to find another tool to hook pages with.

I’ve looked at Jerome’s site, of course, and have tried to find an answer here, but to no avail.

Can such a thing be done?
