Listing all questions on one page

Hello there,

This is currently not possible with Quiz Cat. We’ve found that putting up quiz in the format so that questions can be answered one by one works best for most of our customers and also putting up all the questions in one page would require a massive rewrite of the plugin which is not something we intend to do soon enough.
