Listing content always appears as plain text, loses HTML formatting

    Hi elibrarian27,

    Sounds like you don’t have the HTML attribute enabled for the Long Description field. That’s the field where you can allow for arbitrary HTML and short code expansion in listings. You can turn it on under Directory Admin->Manage Form Fields, and then edit the Long Description field.
