The Edit and delete buttons are no longer visible in the Actions Column on the My Account page after updating to the latest version of the classified listing plugin. I have a ticket opened with support and hopefully this will be resolved ASAP.

Terrible oversight – unless I’m missing a setting to turn these on?????

    thanks

I completely agree with you; it’s surprising and disconcerting how the support for this plugin handles updates. They shouldn’t release new versions without thorough verification, especially considering the number of users who rely on this plugin for their daily operations.

It’s frustrating to see that, instead of fixing existing issues, each new update seems to introduce more errors. This not only affects the functionality of our pages but also raises serious questions about the reliability and quality of the support we receive. I hope the support team takes note of these issues and works on a solution soon. It’s vital that more rigorous testing is conducted before launching any future updates.

I appreciate you fixing the problem quickly, but would like to reiterate my concern that this type of error made it past your development and test group into production. I’ve used the classified listing plugin for 3 years now and have been happy with the product and support. It’s a cost-effective solution for a classified listing site and works well on my website.

However, development and implementation of the new User Dashboard seems to have ‘rushed’ with little thought given to the design of the dashboard and how users might actually use or interact with it? For instance, the Featured|Top| BumpUp columns are not useful and are causing confusion with my users. In my case the ‘bumpup’ needs to be renamed to ‘Reduced’ to make sense.

Again, I’m a fan of the classified listing plugin but really think that you need to improve your quality control so you don’t release production versions with bugs. You also need to start communicating to your userbase to let us know of the significant changes coming like the new user Dashboard, and what that might look like so that we can provide feedback during design or at lease before you release the update.

    Thanks
