Not in the banner, this appears on the cookie policy.
The reason we exclude this granular options from the banner and moved it to the cookie policy is pure usability of the consent banner. These granular options will overwhelm 99% of users, and 99% will have no idea what DoubleClick Ad means, nor will they ever be triggered to learn or dive into these options. Therefore we use the most simple and minimal approach while still being compliant.
The reason this is possible for us, and not many others is that we separate the consent banner and the cookie policy, whereby your example has everything contained in a multi-layered pop-up. The latter is not our approach, nor will it ever be.
