Listing of shops and products

  • Hello WordPress community,
    I am looking for some specific solution and I wonder if such exist. I want to create wordpress website working like woocommerce, however with shop turned off. I want to have products listing and shops listing corelated with each other. It means that when I enter some product page I want to see where I can buy it, and if I enter shop page I can check what I can buy. Actually I don’t need any selling system.

    Any ready-made solution for it? I want to emphasise that I mentioned woocommerce cause I want to be still able to for example filter products by its features like price, weight etc.

    I believe you are just trying to create a product catalog but don’t want user to purchase the product from your website. In this case you can use WooCommerce as Product Catalog only.

    You can use this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/yith-woocommerce-catalog-mode/ with WooCommerce to just enable catalog mode. It will remove add to cart and checkout system.

    Thanks for reply but I think that it is not enough. Turning off checkout system is not a problem. Default Woocommerce setup does not include (as far as I know) manufacturers module and I still need more listing types cause I want to have listing of Products, Manufacturers, Shops and simple categories.

    I am not sure If I described it clearly.
