Listing Package Not Showing Upon Submission

Hello, I purchased the Woocommerce Paid Listing add-on and despite what it says in the documentation that the job submission process will be slightly changed to add the required purchase/job pack steps, this does not happen. I get an edit listing or submit listing button instead of the choose a package button.

I understand this was a problem a few years back with an earlier version of the jobs plugin but it appears to have recurred.

I submitted my issue with to support but still haven’t heard anything.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
