Listing the same software and versions on the same page?

    Hi,

    I hope this makes sense, I sell software, as we all know, software has many updates, so it would be listed as Amazing Software 1.0.0, then you get a bug fix, so it becomes Amazing Software 1.0.1

    At the moment I’m using Woo but looking at changing to EDD, Woo creates a new page for every software update, which is playing havoc with my SEO!

    I have spent time on the EDD website but cannot find the answer, is it possible to list all the same software and versions on the same page?

    Hi there!

    What you can do is, in the Download Files section for your product upload each version individually when you release it. This way the customer will see all of the attached files in their account area when viewing their Order.

    We do not create pages/posts for the uploaded you add to the site. They are only shown to the user on the Receipt/Order History page and in the email they receive after purchase.
