Listings are not showing Images when I publish them

    Hi, I have a problem whit my directory plugin, when I upgrade to the new version the images that I have already published in the listings description disappear from my site, they do appear in the directory edit page (in the isting description part), but they don’t show in the live site when I actualize the listing. this has happen in every list, that has an image in its description.
    Also it appears that the titles fonts don’t apply ether, i check in the edit page, and the title fonts are applied but aren’t shown in my site.
    I would help me a lot that you can help me to solve this because it didn`t happen before and those images are a very important part of my site.

    Hi pipopeyo,

    Sorry you ran into issues here!

    Are you running any caching plugins that would prevent the images from showing after you publish the listing somehow? Did you flush that cache after upgrade?

    Did you upgrade anything else at the same time as BD? If so, what?

    Have you tried a conflict test? Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with Business Directory, which may help pinpoint the issue: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/ Sounds like something might not be playing well here with BD, but it’s hard to tell.

    The Font issue may be something new if you recently upgraded your theme–they could have changed something there that you’re now seeing. Did you upgrade your theme too?

    i don’t think i have a caching plugin, and I’m not really certain about flushing the cache after the update, I don’t think so, because the listing featured images are shown. The problem is in the description.
    I did upgrade other plugins at the same time than BD, I don’t really recall all of them but I know I update the next gen gallery plugin and the version of wordpress.
    Also I have tried the conflict test, both the plugin test and the theme test, but nothing changed.
    And finally I haven’t updated my theme (Infoway Pro Responsive Theme), I think there isn’t and update either, I’m not Shure that’s the problem whit the fonts, because I checked other pages and post of the page and Fonts and images are shown properly.

    im really sorry but i just find the problem, when i upgraded the plugin the text field of content remove the HTML option.
