Listings email form – not receiving emails

    I am not receiving any emails through the form on individual listings. I know mail works fine from the site in general because I have contact from 7 running elsewhere on the site and it works fine. Submissions through the listings using the plugin’s built in form don’t show up though. They aren’t in spam/junk either.

    If you didn’t put a shortcode in the Listings settings then we’re using the default form as part of that template. That means, the emails are being sent to the post author or the site admin email. You may not be receiving them of those email address aren’t valid. Since you’re using Contact Form 7; I would suggest adding a shortcode under Listings -> Settings -> Form Shortcode.

    That way, you can use your custom forms and ensure the messages are sent to a valid email address.

    Ok that will be the issue then. I assumed it would go to the admin email since there is no way to configure it in the settings. The listings are posted under another account. So the emails will be going to that account based on what you just told me.
