Listings not ending on WP-Lister

    Hello,

    I am having some serious problems with the WP-Lister app not ending listings that have already ending. I would like to relist them using the app. I tried to manually end them but every time I get an error:

    Error: The auction has been closed. (#1047)
    The auction has already been closed.

    How can I end these listing so I can relist them using the app?

    This shouldn’t happen unless you either have not set the “update interval” option in the plugin settings – or you have ended listings manually on ebay.com instead of doing this from within WP-Lister.

    When the background tasks are run (at the configured “update interval”), WP-Lister will set the status for all listings with an end date in the past to “ended”. So if this doesn’t happen on your site, either there is a problem with the background task schedule – or the end date hasn’t passed yet (or the item uses GTC which means it doesn’t expire).

    If you actually ended some items manually on ebay.com – which you shouldn’t do – and these items are still showing up as “Published” in WP-Lister, there is an easy workaround to update their status from eBay: Simply click the “Update all published items” button you’ll find on the bottom of the listings page.
