Listings not showing “No items found”

Thanks for reaching out. Looking at your site I can see that Auction Nudge is looking for items on eBay US, not eBay UK which is why no items can be found.

Please ensure eBay UK is set when creating your Shortcode and also in the Defaults (Settings > Auction Nudge > Settings).

Thank you for your mail, unfortunately I’ve just checked and its showing as UK on my end. Ive saved under a different version and then back to UK and it seems to be the same.

Odd, there must be some kind of conflict somewhere as Auction Nudge is determined to make the request to eBay US on your site :-/

A couple of things you could try:

• Looking at your page source I can see two occurrences of the same Auction Nudge Shortcode on the page. I would recommend reducing this to one to see if that helps.
• Ensure the Meta Box feature is disabled in Settings > Auction Nudge > Legacy.

If you are still having issues I would recommend disabling the WordPress plugin and instead generate your code snippet here. You can then add this to your site using a Custom HTML Block.
