Lists not being saved

  • Hi,

    I just installed this plugin and was doing some test but It is not saving my lists. This is what I did.
    1. I create a new list, publish it and see it works using the shortcode.
    2. When I modify something in the list and update, instead of staying in the same page it opens a new post with the same name as the title of my list.
    3. I try to come back to the list by clicking W4 Post list -> All list and it says No list found.

    Any suggestion?

    You are possibly creating a list using the tinyMce button on post/page editor. Lists created directly using tinyMce doesn’t get saved. To make a list saved and appear on the “All Lists” page, you have to create list from the “New List” page. That’s how it works.

    Try creating a list using the page and it should stay on the “All Lists” page.

    Note: No matter through where you create a list, it will contain the settings or configuration, so no problem in there.

    Hi Shazzad,
    Thanks for the response, but it doesn’t work. I created lists through both the New List page and tinyMce button before posting here and none of them saved the list.
    Any other suggestion?

    Are you using the latest version of the plugin ? And what is your WP version ?

    Hi,

    I downloaded it today so I suppose I’m using the last version. It’s 1.9.1.

    My WP version is 3.9.2

    Then it might be other plugin or theme conflict. I have never faced or heard of this issue yet, so can’t really confirm what’s wrong.
