    Oh dear, sorry to hear you did not have a good experiance with BlockStrap, hopefully i can turn that around! I don’t see any support requests from you, but if you have any please let me know.

    1. We don’t force the use of this for GeoDirectory, its entierly optional. You can use any theme or any page buidler with GD.
    2. What image were you trying to change exactly? I will guide you through it.
    3. Let me know anything else you were not sure of and I’ll guide you through that too.

    I wrote my comment about GeoDirectory forcing use of this page builder before I realized that GeoDirectory actually created the page builder. I downloaded a GeoDirectory theme and there was no immediate mention of being required to use this plugin. Once I downloaded the theme I had a message that said I would be required to download this plugin or install the previous version of the theme that apparently didn’t require this plugin. I tried to just simply install the previous version of the theme, which promptly crashed my site. I sent you the screenshots.

    So, I ended up just updating to the latest version of the them and installing this plugin. Now, there is no way to back out of it because it’s already overtaken my pages and my old home page is apparently broken for good.

    The documentation for this plugin is awful and videos somehow already outdated.

    What theme did you try exactly?

    The benefit of using our builder is it uses our same UI system so there is no additional CSS or JS to load, keeping your site lighter.

    I assume you mean you sent a screenshot via a support request on our site? I can’t seem to find it from your username here, if you can open a support request with “FAO Stiofan” in the subject then i’ll be happy to help more.

    Are you talking about sending a support request to GeoDirectories directly? My username is also 2020crystal on GeoDirectories.

    I’ve sent in two tickets for a previous issue to the GeoDirectory Support Team- neither with an acknowledgement. I see no way to view tickets I’ve submitted. I only have the option to view the old forum (the message says: We are transitioning from forum based support to email based support.) or create a new support request. When I create a new ticket I get the success message popup, but no follow up confirmation or reply to my request.

    We inherited that theme from a company we tookover so the old version will not work with GD stuff and is likely not compatible with the current WP.

    I found a error log in our email system for you but no message ?? i have changed the SMPT which should fix it, if you would be good enough to send your request again with the subject “FAO Stiofan” i’ll take care of you.
