• I am trying to migrate to litespeed from apache and I’ve got it working fine on all static content and the very front page of my wordpress site.

However if I try to go to a specific entry, it 404’s. It also 404’s on pages, feeds, everything but images, static content, and the front page.

So it has to be an internal rewrite conflict right?

I can’t find anything in google about this and I know not alot of people use litespeed here but hoping someone knows the easy answer…

Okay I’ve figured out it’s a rewrite issue in htaccess – a rule outside wordpress that worked in apache is messing up litespeed – seems their compatibility is still not quite perfect even in 3.1

I disabled the rule (it was to remove index.php/html from urls that didn’t need it) and wordpress works correctly now (and much faster too!)
