what happens if you click “send optimization” button ?

When hitting the blue “Send Optimisation Request” button, the page reloads and nothing happens, no confirmation, no message or anything like that.

please go to LiteSpeed Cache -> dashboard -> click “sync” , then send again , see what happens.

did you mean, Page Load Time Sync or PageSpeed Score Sync, or both?

I tried both, then clicked on the following from both locations, nothing happens, the page loads within a second and nothing happens, no confirmation message or anything like that.
