litespeed cache invalidation

Hi,

using this timer, I can set items to be (un)purchasable, however it doesn’t trigger the litespeed cache update to quic CDN. manually setting items to be (un)purchasable does trigger the flush, but i’m guessing this isn’t calling the necessary hooks.

it means that I need to flush cache at the same time as the timer
