Please note that Masteriyo v1.7.0 has a conflict with the newly released LiteSpeed Cache v6.0, as you can see in the attached screenshot.

To fix the issue, you have to completely disable the cache on the Learn page. This didn’t happen before.

    Hi there,

When using caching plugins, we always recommend you exclude the caches from the Masteriyo pages because its pages are built with the React JS technology, and it loads the resources without loading the window. We have provided a few examples of excluding the caches from the Masteriyo pages. Please check this documentation: https://docs.masteriyo.com/faqs/configuring-caching-plugins and follow the instructions kindly.

    Regards!

Firstly, my issue happens to non-logged-in users, so the LiteSpeed setting you provided in the documentation doesn’t apply here. If my user is logged-in, it works fine.

Secondly, the cache excludes you provided, don’t cover the Learn Page.

Thirdly, this worked fine before updating to LiteSpeed v6.0, so there’s a clearly a new conflict happening, that needs to be investigated.
