    Hi! We are using LiteSpeed cache for our WordPress installation. We are experiencing problems, that store is not opening on correct times because of the caching issues. I see that in plugin settings there are option to clear cache after the status change, but it is not helping. Maybe you can suggest something to fix this issue?

    The LiteSpeed cache plugin uses a server based cache solution. The setting in the plugin you referenced “Enable cache clearing”, this only clears locally stored cache and is compatible with local based cache plugins, server side cache services or plugins are not cleared.

    Unfortunately, the plugin is unable to clear a server side cache service. To provide support for server side cache, we provide a hook.

    Hook name: zhours_on_cache_clearing

    Using the hook, you can work with your developer or the plugin’s developer to call the LiteSpeed settings to clear the cache on the LiteSpeed server.
