    Hello,
I think I am facing a problem where when I update my Yoast SEO settings( for example, when I change my meta tags of pages and posts, and when I try to give the verification code for webmaster tools), it doesn’t change in the real sense and takes about a day to get updated in reality. I read somewhere that this happens because of the cache plugin that we use in WordPress sites. I am using LiteSpeed Cashe plugin. Is there any solution to this.
The biggest reason I’m writing this is –
My Home page SEO title and meta description in SEO settings are very different from what is being displayed in search engines. Also, my XML sitemaps created by Yoast SEO are not getting updated.

    Hi @sauravagarwal,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You have identified multiple concerns so we will address each one separately below.

    A) It takes a long time to show the changes on the site, I’m using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.
Caching plugins optimize your site for speed and caches your pages. When you change any settings for a post or page, you’d expect that the caching plugin would clear the cache for the post or page. If that does not happen, please check if your caching plugin has a ‘clear cache’ button or functionality and clear the cache, it should then be solved.

    B) My Home page SEO title and meta description in SEO settings are very different from what is being displayed in search engines.
Can you show us a screenshot and an URL so we can check the output we see on the page? Even though you have configured a meta title or description for a post or page, this does not mean it will always be used for any search term. Depending on a lot of factors, Google and other search engines might choose to not use it. We explain this in more detail here: https://yoast.com/help/my-meta-descriptions-arent-showing-up-in-the-search-result-pages/ and https://yoast.com/help/my-seo-title-isnt-displayed-as-i-have-entered-it/.
