Hi,
I have on one of my custom’s site a strange (small) problem: the column from the optimized images from Litespeed plugin is not showing up. See Screenshots: A=ok (from another site), B=not ok (from be-movie.ch). Do you have any idea, what this could be?

Hi @grimbuehler, if the image is not compressible(already compressed before upload) this column will not show up.

Hi Stanley,
I know, but the images are mostly Jpg’s… They are compressed as it says on the Image Optimization page of LS.

see for example /kino/kino-rex-bern/
But the problem is not with the images I think but with the table in the backend, the media library table.

Can you try to Reset IAPI Key, Clean-Up Unfinished Data and rerun Image Optimization again? If that images still not get optimized, please join our Slack channel or submit a ticket here for helping us to reproduce the issue, thanks!

Hi,
Sorry to hijack, but i have simular issue with missing column in media libary, only my column is completely gone after i had to do the “destroy all opt data” option due to server never pulling any images and stopped at 8 credits, but still said everything was ok (so i did> “Clean up unfinished data” -> “Purge all cache” -> “Reset IAPI key”, Cleaned DB and started the process over again 3 times with the same result

I’ve had this same issue on a number of sites for a while now.

All the images are optimised, everything looks fine on the front end.

@grimbuehler is right, it’s something to do with the interface in the media library. Those columns aren’t showing up for a different reason.

Been an irritant for quite a few months/versions.
