Litespeed workaround not working

I’ve thanked you for adding this in another post, and mentioned that it isn’t working, but I’ll start a separate topic here.

Just to say, after upgrading to the latest version, making changes in wp-hide, and saving, still saves without adding the litespeed workaround lines. Which means, I have to manually add them after every change, then remove write permissions so wp-hide doesn’t try to remove them.

The reason it’s awkward is that if the litespeed line isn’t in, the image optimisation fails, and currently there’s no way to try again with litespeed. If it fails once, you can’t tell it to try again on missing items.
