    Hi together,
    I discovered, that pressing “not show that update” for the 5.9 update in the backend also triggers a Core-Update-Log:
    “POST /1wp/wp-admin/update-core.php – WordPress updated by mir- [Version: 5.9] – localhost”

    even though I did not update it and the version is still 5.8.3

    Can you show me a screenshot of what is “not show that update”? Is that a button or a link? I can’t find it.

    It’s the “Hide-Update” button
    It’s provided to hide a localized version of the update

    I found it! Thanks for reporting the issue, I’ll try to have it fix in the next release.
