There is a instruction page in admin settings of this plugin. Please see that page.

DO NOT use <div id="anr_captcha_field_1"></div> it may break. Use do_action( 'anr_captcha_form_field' )

Then you have to verify captcha using anr_verify_captcha() it will return true on success otherwise false. if false restrict form submission and show error message.
