Little help: Immages Order and folder

Hi all first of all thanks for the great plugin. I have 2 questions:
1) I need to upload several photos like 50/100 per users in one time ( i will limit upload max number to 30 for upload and it will be fine), there’s a way to see the pics in a grid and not in a coloun right now ?
2) When an user upload a new set of photos i want them stored in a folder like:
/wp-content/uploads/Username/Custom
Where Custom can be the ‘what’s news status message”
I’ve tryed
