Little issue with button styles

After I set up the site I’ve found there is a little issue with the styling
The shadows and the border radius are not being shown:
Something is hindering this, and I cannot find it
https://test2.forotoc.com/register/I tried to remove both buddypress.min.css and style.css from the Theme but they are not affecting the styles. It seems like if the styles are being rendered from a JS?
Not sure, whats going on. Any ideas to solve this?

Any ideas to remove that CSS?
I’ve removed with Perfmatters and a regex for /register/ but maybe there is a better option?
