Hello, i would like to ask you.. with this plugin can i create a radio station to broadast live my self and some other users on my website as a “webradio”? Or it’s only for already existing radios around the world?

No, this plugin does not offer something like a Shoutcast server that you can connect to and stream your station live.

But, you can add your link to a show page and use the embedded player to broadcast your stream from something like Libretime, if it offers a URL to add to the audio player text field in Radio Station. So, someone could visit a show page and listen to the stream live that way.
