Live Chat always inactive with Divi built theme !

    Hi

    I have setup the Live Chat in 3CX and then installed the plugin in WP and setup it. The icon appears well on website but always keeps being inactive (greyed and not clickable). I think I have setup everything properly. Is it a problem of compatibility with Divi (tool used to build the WP theme).
    Also the agent linked with that Live Chat is open in my browser (I tested the wp plugin on a different browser to avoid any negative interactions between both).

    Hi @vincen ,
    the ssl certification for your 3CX PBX installation is invalid ( issued to different domain than used in your 3CX Live Chat configuration ). You can try to open the 3CX PBX console with the domain as configured in 3CX Live Chat and you will get a browser notice. You have to use a valid certification in order to be able to connect from the Live chat to your 3CX PBX.

    Ah damn sorry yep completely forgot that little detail ?? but I could not find out how to use the Let’s Encrypt certificale I have already for that hostname for 3CX webserver.
    Will investigate for that and let you know how it goes after ??
