Live Chat Dashboard via shortcode

I’m sorry for such late reply.
By default logged in user with Subscriber role will see only his personal settings of account in WordPress admin area of the website. You can make your users as agents of Live Chat plugin on Agents tab. In this case these users will have access only to Live Chat Dashboard of plugin in WordPress admin area of your site. I think this variant will suit your needs, please try it.

unfortunately that variant is not suiting my needs.
I do not have ‘subscribers’ on my site. I only have ‘customers’ on my site. And, I do not want any of users to have back-end or admin access, for obvious reasons. Hence my wonder & request, is it possible to display the ‘Live Chat’ on a custom page via the use of a shortcode?

Unfortunately, there is no ability to display the live chat on a custom page via the use of a shortcode in our Live Chat plugin.
Please note that users with Subscriber role can only manage their profiles on back-end of your site. They will not have access to plugins, posts, pages, appearance settings and any other settings of your site on back-end. Therefore you can try to use variant with Live Chat agents.

I understand, and appreciate the ‘subscriber role’ suggestion. but, unfortunately, I do not have ‘subscribers’ on my site. I only have a ‘shop manager’ and customers. top most, I do not want any user to access the back-end, because they tend to get confused, mess things up and all. Hence my preference of keeping all users front-end.

If, in your future updates, the feature on topic could be included, it would be good.
