    Hello,

    In the chat history, there use to be a number reference relating to the department that the live chat request was for. This is no longer showing and is needed so we can monitor team performance. Can you please let me know if this is a bug or if you have rmeoved it in the last update?

    Also, when a live chat is waiting, it displays the name and the email address of the customer, but it does not tell me which department they have requested. Is this something that i can activate to show?
