We have installed the WordPress Zoho SalesIQ Plugin and we have pasted in the shortcode, but we were unable to get the window to display on the frontend.

We then added the code just before the closing body tag (located in footer.php) and tested. The code displays in the source code when inspecting, but does not display the window on the front-end.

We cannot seem to find a solution to this problem. Please could you pose any possible solutions?

    We have –
    1. Made sure the snippet is correct
    2. Unactivated any plugins that might cause conflict
    3. Tested adding via plugin, template and wordpress body content of page and post

    Regards,
    Joseph Hart

    Hello Joseph,

We noticed that you contacted our support staff via live chat support last week, to discuss this same question. However, you got disconnected from that session and we were unable to reach you after that.

Please have your client contact us via live chat from here or via email ( at support[at]zohosalesiq[dot]com ) to check his SalesIQ account level configuration.

This is because, we suspect the live chat settings have not been configured correctly and can only be resolved by having someone with direct access to the account, so they can make the changes we recommend.

    Regards,
    Zoho SalesIQ Team.

    Hi,

Thank you for your feedback, we have resolved this issue. the problem was with the configuration of the actual snippet on the SalesIQ side. This has been amended.

    Regards,
