Live customize problem

    Hi Ben,
    somehow live customizing is not working anymore, for example: I’m change the tagline on “Site Identity” and I can see the change only after saving…please, can you help me?

    Hi daphy,

    Could you tell me, is this only happening with the tagline, or does it affect other customizer settings as well? For instance, can you add new social icons to the page without saving?

    nope…it’s happening with all the functions (custom css included).

    Okay thanks for the info!

    The first thing to try is deactivating all plugins on the site temporarily. You can bulk deactivate them from the Plugins menu to see if this fixes the issue. If it does, you just need to reactivate them until you find which plugin is causing the issue.

    I’ve done, but when I reactivate all the plugins live customizing is working…
