live log wont turn off

    Hi
    First let me thank for such great product.
    I am very impressed with all the options and settings.
    I am having an issue…
    I am seeing this on the live logs sections: No traffic yet, please wait…
    Error: cannot find your log file. Try to reload this page.

    Also I am not able to turn off live logs https://i.imgur.com/Q1YVtQp.png

    any ideas?

    thanks a lot for your prompt reply.
    My main concern is that I can’t turn off live logs.
    I click off and then save but it turns on again

    I have installed ninja firewall in several sites on different hosts and getting the same issue (can’t turn off live logs) even though the live traffic log is working in all except for one.

    any ideas?

    Hi,

    When you click the “Save Live Log options” button, it applies only to option that are below the “Live Log options” label, not to those below the textarea.
    When you quit the “Live Log” page, it will turn-off automatically, so you have nothing to do.
    When you access the “Live Log” page, it will turn-on automatically.
