Live looks different to preview

  • I am very new to all things websites and wordpress!
    When I view my website using the ‘customise’ option my home page looks great, however, when I view the actual published live website it is missing most of its content.
    It appears that this problem is only occurring on the home page.
    Any advice (for a beginner) please??

    Hi, hollyaus, do you have a caching plugin or does your server have a caching capability?

    If so, then try clearing the cache.

    Also, try temporarily deactivating any plugins if that doesn’t fix the issue (using a plugin like Health Check).
