Live mode activation error: ‘{mydomain}’ is already in use

    Hi,

    I’m trying to enable “Live Mode” but when I do I get an error saying this:

    Live mode activation error: '{mydomain}' is already in use. Please enter a different page name.

    Thing is, I’ve used your plugin for years (it’s great by the way!) and only have this one site connected.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    That means the page URL (your store name on cusrev.com) is already used in/associated with a domain. This issue is mostly related to your domain change, maybe from www to non-www and vice versa.

    Can you please let me know your domain?

    This is my domain which includes the WWW and I’ve not changed it.

    Seems to match the CusRev site, which is why I’m perplexed

    Hi,

    Please share a screenshot on the settings page Reviews > Settings > CusRev.com tab to demonstrate the page URL “www.mrcyclingworld.com.au” cannot be activated on your site.

    Ahhh found the issue, in the “Page URL” setting, somehow it had changed and dropped the WWW.

    Fixed now. Thank you for your time
