• Great plugin, but I’m having a problem I can’t resolve. Under API Credentials setting in plugin, I have Enable PayPal Sandbox (unchecked), I’ve inserted Live credentials, but my site is sending this error message in an email:

    PayPal SetExpressCheckout API call failed
    Error Code: 10002
    Error Severity Code: Error
    Short Error Message: Authentication/Authorization Failed
Long Error Message: You do not have permissions to make this API call

When I read the error log it states this:

    2018-07-28T19:29:07+00:00 INFO Redirecting to PayPal
2018-07-28T19:29:07+00:00 INFO PayPal for WooCommerce Version: 1.4.14
    2018-07-28T19:29:07+00:00 INFO WooCommerce Version: 3.4.4
    2018-07-28T19:29:07+00:00 INFO Test Mode: 1
    2018-07-28T19:29:07+00:00 INFO Endpoint: https://api-3t.sandbox.paypal.com/nvp
    2018-07-28T19:29:07+00:00 INFO SetExpressCheckout

Again, I’m using live credentials (I’ve doubled checked the text and blank spaces), but it’s directing me to the sandbox. I’m not using a CDN and I don’t have a caching plugin installed. How can this be happening?

Hi @headmonkey, I would still say this is something related to website in general because we are not seeing this behaviour on our site , nor we have any reports of this from others so something unique might be happening there.
Can you deactivate our plugin and then activate again, after that go to settings click on sandbox and save then uncheck that sandbox again and hit save.

After doing that give it another shot and I am sure things are going to work as expected. Because this is not something we see on a regular basis.

Let me know if you still see any troubles with that.
    Thanks!
