no plugin for caching. Disabled all plugins and still having plugin.
HomePage is not correct header. Blog page is correct header.

Cleared browser cache and still having issue.

Responsive site (cell phone) has correct headers and changes made. Computer site does not.

It fixed itself when I deleted a few plugins. Why would it resolve with deletion and not deactivation?
