Live Preview of Profile Form not working

    Desperate for help!

    I’m not sure what went wrong. It’s possibly a new plugin I’ve installed or a setting I have changed, but my Ultimate Member Profile Form Live Review does not show any fields. It’s completely blank. I’ve copied the shortcode into a page, but it’s still blank.

    I need help urgently to figure this out. I even tried to create a new Profile Form, but still everything is blank.

    Hi @muhsinh,

    Please make sure that you have the latest 2.0.33 version of the Ulitmate member plugin installed. Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflicts test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Great thanks. I’ve deactivated all plugins. I’ve also changed the theme. I deleted some plugins I was not using, and now it’s working. It was not the theme that was a problem, it was definitely a plugin, but I’m not sure which one.

    But thank you for the advice. It really helped.
