Live preview and text setup

Use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to examine the HTML and CSS of the form in detail. I suspect you will find it is not done with Contact Form 7.

You was right. can be that was created using QuForm instead CF7.

Almost certainly not. ??It wouldn’t really make sense to do what you are looking for from within CF7. This is more likely to be done via custom programing using PHP and/or jQuery .
