    I’m a bit confused about live shipping rates. Following your support articles I can see to activate live shipping by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Gelato Shipping and ensuring that all three checkboxes are checked.

    But under the feature comparison for Gelato (free vs a subscription) the feature ‘Live rates & Express Shipping in store (Shopify)’ mentions only Shopify specifically. So does this feature work for Woocommerce? And for which subscription?

The feature comparison chart primarily highlights additional features available with a subscription, whereas live rates for WooCommerce are a standard offering across all plans.
