    UPS Live Rates settings API Connection Status is “Ok”, and I also added a shipping method with UPS Live Rates in the US. I am not sure what else I have to do for this plugin to work.

    Hi @beatsonic,

    Do the products you sell in your shop have their weight value entered in the product details (Product data / Shipping tab)?

    The store address along with the shipping destination and the products weight are required for the UPS rates to be calculated.

    I don’t believe so? So I just logged today, and the shipping rates are displaying however the price isn’t showing.

    Okay I figured it out. Is there a way to also display estimated shipping times? Also is there a way to remove a shipping option as well? Lets say I want to remove UPS 2nd Day Air and keep UPS 2nd Day A.M.

    The information visible in the screenshot you’ve attached comes directly from the UPS API and it seems that the UPS service might not be available between your store’s location and the entered shipping destination.

    When it comes to your previous questions, you can select which UPS services offer your customers to choose from and adjust them to your needs by ticking the Enable services custom settings option first and then enabling or disabling the specific UPS service this way:
