Live stream does not show up

If no live videos are available, what should be displayed? – Show nothing at all

If I select the following options on the plugin settings, the live stream does not show up on my site.

why is that? but if i select any other option from that drop down it shows up.

My goal is to have the live stream on the site but when there is no live stream, i want to hide everything else (messages, other videos, etc)
