Live Stream Never Works

    I set up the plugin several months ago, and we have yet to get it working. It shows the last video, but never the live video. No caching. API key is correct. Embeded carefully with instructions. But it just doesn’t work. What’s the next step to get help?

    Live stream ever Sunday morning around 10:30 AM and 7:15 PM EST.

    Please provide the code you’re embedding and the channel you’re working with. We assume that channel currently has a scheduled livestream. If you don’t have one scheduled, then there will be an error if the plugin tries to pull one.

    Of course I have tried checking during scheduled live streams and actual live streams, but it only shows the last posted video, not the live one. I think you could understand that from my original post.
