Live streaming videos.

What is the best plugin to show what you are doing 24/7? I want to be able to have a live feed while walking around or playing a video game. I also want it to show how many live viewers their are and have a chat box right next to the video or anywhere. I would like to have a Linear, Live, and VOD, so my users can go back to a previous point in the streamed video and see what I did.
