    On the Theme I am using Live Traffic only displays this
    An unknown location at IP
    IP: [unblock] [unblock this range] [block]
    Type: Human Bot
    Username:
    HTTP Response Code:
    Firewall Response:
    URL:
    Last Hit: Invalid Date Invalid Date (NaN seconds ago)
    When I switch to default theme it works so the issue must be within the theme, but I do not know where in my theme the problem could lie
    Any Ideas?
    Scan works ok in my theme.

  • Same issue here. This is the error message I get in console.

    Uncaught TypeError: Unable to process binding “datetimepicker: function (){return null }”
    Message: $el.datetimepicker is not a function

    Hello again,

    I have discovered it’s an issue with loading a second instance of jquery-ui-datepicker in one of our custom plugins.

    Fyi, this post put me on the right track.

    Thank you I will check this but strange it is working with default theme 2017 with same plugins installed.

    I checked your website, on the frontend I can see there is a JS error in the browser console Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < related to the theme, so I recommend reporting this issue to the theme author, such an error is enough to cause this issue with Live Traffic, I’m pretty sure you will find other JS errors if you checked the browser console on the Live Traffic page.

    I have the same kind of error but my theme is old and the guy doesn’t respond to requests. Is there a line of code we can add to the theme to make it work?
